Saving Contacts

I've got a question about backing up contacts with Lumia 625. When you swipe left, and then click on 'contents backup', under 'Storage Location' one of the offers is 'Send to email'. Will this send ALL the contacts (meaning both email AND phone numbers) to your email address?
