my nokia 2.1 is automaticly changing the animation scale from 1x to 5x and i tried factory reseting the phone didnt work and i noticed when i was on the reset the part of the final part of the setup saying "adding the finishing touches" was shorter then usual i need help what do i do

Have you tried manually setting animation scale, let's say 0.5? If not, give it a try.
