I am tearing my hair out at the moment! All I want to do is have a decent sized SD card which I can see from my PC (Windows 7) to copy files to, and from which I can also run apps. I have a 32gb SD card which I have formatted as internal storage. However, if I try to take a photo, the camera app tells me to insert an SD card first, even though the card is already in the phone. Also, if I connect to my PC via USB, with the File Transfer option selected, the phone appears on the PC as a blank with no folders or files, and I can't copy anything to it. I have spent a couple of hours with online help chat with Nokia but they don't seem to know what they're talking about (they say that to run apps the card has to be formatted as internal but to store photos it has to be portable - i.e. can't do both).
My phone is a Nokia 3.1 running android one (8.0).
Can anyone out there help?? Please!!!!
