Time issue

I am facing clock time showing issue on my front screen Nokia 3 is showing different time with screen saver, front screen time is incorrect but screen saver time is correct,but it's a conflict kindly solve this issue,

My time freezes occasionally. Soft reset cures it but it's a nuisance.

I have both issues of showing different time (like 20 min of difference) and also the clock issue that does not always ring even if I am not silent. Anyone found a solution ?
