Settings > apps & notifications > All apps >> 3 dot menu > reset app preferences > reset app. 2. Settings >> Applications and notifications >> See all applications >> Camera >> Force stop. Finally, click on Storage >> Clear data and Clear cache. 3. Please dial in your keypad *#*#372733#*#* and choose E-compass Test, G Sensor Test and Gyroscope test. Follow the steps and check if it works. 4. Then, go to Settings > Applications and notifications > See all applications > 3 dots menu > Show system: In the list of apps look for:- Fused location > storage > Clear data and Clear cache- Location services > storage > Clear data and Clear cache- YGPS > storage > Clear data and Clear cache After that, please do a Soft reset: Press the Power button and Volume UP button simultaneously for at least 10 seconds, release them when you feel the phone vibrate and you see "Powered by Android" on the screen. This is a safe and quick way to reboot your device, so no need to worry, you won’t lose or erase any data. Just keep in mind that the device should not be charging.5. Check if the issue persist in safe mode: - Press and hold the Power button.- In the window that will appear on the screen, select and hold the "Power off" option.- It will appear a new window called "Safe Mode". Then, press OK.The device will restart in safe mode. An inscription about this will appear at the bottom left of the screen. After going into safe mode, use the device as usual. And most of the time is NOT pointing the right direction. They keep making that mistake again and again, for some weird reason... Hopefully your hopes are at a decently low level, otherwise you're in for a "treat", HMD flavour
