I bought a new Nokia 7.1.
While it looks amazing, it had a bit of a slow responsive touch. After using for a few days, a thin crack started to surface, it was hardly visible, slowly it started becoming prominent. I immediately initiated return, they asked me a few questions by email which I immediately replied. Then I did not hear from them. I later contacted the support, sent them a pic(in an angle where the crack is faintly visible), now they say, they cant process my return.
This is terrible. It costs 19,999 rupees in India, is it my mistake that I got a product with a crack which is surfacing over time. Even till two days ago, it was hardly visible, only if you bend it in a certain direction, you can actually see the crack, I am using the phone, since I have no alternative, but slowly the crack is becoming evident. Its a thin line across the width of the Device.
Nokia India Delhi Team, this was very disappointing.
