My nokia 5.1 plus suddenly start its battery draining fast from last 3 days. Battery drain automatically even if i am not using my phone. what is this nokia?

I will not gonna buy any Nokia phones ever after this horrible problems and Nokia denied to address them.such a disgusting service.
What is using the battery? How bright is your screen? How is your cell signal? Install a battery app like gsam battery monitor so you can understand what is using battery and at what rate. I get great battery life from this phone.
Did you contact support for help. What are the issues you have on your device?
Sounds like the cell signal is weak and using a lot of battery. Losing 10-12 percent over night is not unusual. Install a better battery monitor like gsam battery monitor or accubattery and see what is actually using so much battery overnight. You can also try booting into safe mode and letting phone sit over night
Average 5-6 hours of sot and all day use over 18 hours after full charge overnight.
If you an avid gamer then expect 3-4 hours, if only using it for calls, chat, web surfing, YouTube and the rest aside from gaming then expect 5-6 hrs sot but recently I noticed after the last update I'm getting 6-7 hrs (with gaming but not intense one let's say Gris or 8Ball Pool) sot with just a single day charge.
This unusual loss of charge is because there is an option called wifi scanning and bluetooth scanning which is alternative for gps(not much intense as the gps) but it can able to drain the battery as u stated .Turn it of in the settings by searching the tag wifi scanning and notice the change in the battery performance . If you have submitted the phone for 3 times at the service center and the device is in warranty you can ask for a replacement request.. I was told this on chat support.. and may be the problem is with your chargee or USB port? Try other charger
So you have to send it 3 X before they will replace the battery?
