Notification sound issue

After the pie Update my notifications sound won't come it just vibrate when a notification comes calls are ringing and sometimes even they are not working. speakers are working fine 
Restart the phone and it gets all it's sound back for a few hours or a day at max. Plz fix this as soon as possible .. Facing a lot of problem .
