On 10th December had got the phone through Nokia website and saw the issue of black spot on the screen. On 14th, December went to Nokia Care, Bangalore and got the DOA and phone in sealed cover. Within 48hrs Nokia personal had to pick the phone for return and till date no one has shown up.
From 14th December till date no Nokia channels: Nokia Care nor Nokia Support is taking the issue on their ears while the phone has been DOA sealed by Nokia Care themself after acknowleding the issue.
My only question is as a Nokia Customer, what should I do to get the phone replaced. Since this phone was purchased on Nokia website the Nokia Support online are inefficient in resolving the issue. Is there other means to get the phone replaced?
