Does HMD Global read customers email´s?

Nokia is supposed to be a known good company , but it seems that your support only knows how to reply using templates.

Nokia is supposed to be a known good company , but it seems that your support only knows how to reply using templates.

I have asked if the company that failed 3 times to repair the phone on warranty was an aproved one ..or one that Vodafone sends all the phones.

  • yes i did...HMD always replied using templates ...they didn´t care about reading the email.Useless support.
