Accessebility button

I have recently upgrade my Nokia 5 to Android 9.0 Pie and got a brand new, very useful feature called Accessibility Menu. I activated it to access useful feature like capturing screenshots, battery, screen orientation etc. As it says, after activating the menu there will appear an Accessibility Button at the bottom of the screen from where I can access these features. But I couldn't find any such button at the bottom of my phone screen. Does this feature available for phone with physical navigation button?
