I am currently using Nokia 6.1plus, I am big fan of nokia mobiles this is my 6th nokia phone before this i was using Nokia 6630, 5310, 7210,, Lumia 520, Lumia 540, Lumia 640 xl LTE.
Day before yesterday I have received google Security Update and I started to update and It went to download mode, also the phone having charging issue, so i went to Nokia Care (Flex UVE Smarter)Job Sheet number (646504867/190202/006), after troubleshooting they informed that the part need to be replaced and they don't have the part right now & I need to submit my phone for 8 to 10 days,
Now my question is It is a new , running and in warranty phone then why the parts for the phone is not available in the Service center and why it require 8 to 10 days to be replaced. For keeping my phone for so many days they do not give any standby phone to me.
Please note down this as my complaint against the service center and request you to escalate the matter and make part available ASAP
