I found this interesting interview with Jussi Sorvali, CIO at HMD Global. It's interesting because it shines some light on why the community forum was so basic in the first place - basically because HMD didn't have the time or resources to do anything else. (Freshdesk is a tool they use internally which also had a forum add-on which was originally used for the community forum, now replaced by Vanilla, the current forum software (I would have preferred Discourse, but there we go
)). The interview will also be interesting to those working in IT and information management.
