Just checked mine, and yes it now has the SP01 extension.
As you say don't know when that appeared.
Was it after the January security update.
    Dunno.
SP in OSes usually means service pack.
Let's hope this is the start of some fixes.

I'm sorry ... SP is not service pack but security patch.
    Quite remarkable ...
Settings > System > About phone
    At the bottom:
    Build number (indeed!)
    00WW_5_110_SP01

But if you tap on Android version (9) on that same page
In the new window: the build number suddenly is 00WW_5_11A
In that new window you can tap on the Android security patch level (SP).
You then are redirected to source/android.com/security/bulletin
You can tap on Nokia - search your model etc.
But that page only lists the previous three (!) December security patches:
two for Oreo 8.1: both ending on _SP01, which are only SP
one for Pie 9: 00WW_5_110 - this was a Maintenance release and SP.

00WW_5_110_SP01 is a SP only (on Pie).
00WW_5_11A should a Maintenance release and SP

    P.S.
    My camera: (still is) 86.9.1130.21
    Camera firmware version: (still) V100.0096.03 - V020.0071.03

Yep, that's exactly it. SP01 = Security Patch January.
