Of course Nokia 6.1 will surely get Android Q update after it gets released. In fact, Android Q is supposed to be the last OS upgrade for Nokia 6.1 as it was released with Oreo onboard. Nokia has promised 2 years worth of OS upgrade and 3 years of security patches on almost all of their Android phones.

But there is still alot of time left for Google to release Android Q. Don't worry you will be able to enjoy Android Q on Nokia 6.1 sometime after its release.
