Had my phone for a while now and was running Android 8 and it was frankly unusable.. It was so slow that switching between apps could take as much as 20-30 seconds.
The Android 9 upgrade came out of no where and after I upgraded it was like a completely new phone.. So much faster and now usable.. I have seen a few issues (namely the camera stops working and I have to reboot) but nothing serious.
But this weekend I have found a new issue.. I noticed that I couldn't unlock the phone with a fingerprint.. And when I looked at the settings I could see that there were none stored. I KNOW with 100% certainty that they were there, but I figured that perhaps some kind of security policy had deleted them.. So I learned 4 new prints and all was well.
But this morning, they are gone again...
Has anyone else seen this? And if so, do you know of the trigger which makes them delete?
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
