Mine sure is slow doing the "optimizing apps" part of the update.  Finally finished.  It is reading both thumb and index fingers more easily.  Will have to see how things go later.

Yes, I can confirm the fingerprint is working now. I can also confirm the screen was calibrated and I actually rather like the old version - bricks in photos looked much more punchier with the old firmware. Colors are more subdued now.. not sure if more realistic..
