Nokia 3.1 Android 9 bug report

1. I can't disable auto download using mobile internet. I disable it in Google Play, but still if turn on mobile internet i got updates Google Play, etc...In Belarus internet cost very big. Need fix this bug i can't use mobile internet for download files.
2. Problem with autorotate. Sometime it drop and stop working. Need do restart phone for fix it for some time.
3. VERY BIG PROBLEM!!!! I CAN SET ZERO DISPLAY BRIGHTNESS! ( Just drag the brightness value to zero, and get a zero backlight. )
