This is a manufacturing defect.But I didn't see any official statements from Nokia.What Nokia supposed to do is that they have to release an official statement describing the issues and dish out required parts to service centres.But they are doing nothing....just making another ad to fool customers.

    The company is still so small to take such a step. I believe that's the roadblock. But yes, I certainty wish that they do something in regards to this and provide easier part replacements to the users who are reporting such an issue. That does leaps in terms of customer satisfaction.

    i had face the same issue, but service centre told its due to moisture entry and they repaired after taking money from me. after 3 months it again stops charging. nokia is clearly cheating customer. will never buy hmd global products and will also ask everyone not to buy hmd global products.
