I have Nokia 1 on Tesco mobile, cant send MMS, error message 'message not sent, service not activated on network'. Can send and receive SMS. Thanks

You need service for that feature..

Check apn setting in network and internet -> Mobile Network -> apn. Might be possible that your operator offering mms service through different apn.
