  • I'm not a fan of this phone, but I know that most apps work properly. If normal Android supports it, Android Go supports it for the most part.

There is no problem in the phone except for the evenwell bloat ware.

What do you mean by QR scanning? You need specific apps to do that.
Plus the lighting conditions must also be good.

There is nothing that wrong about the phone.
Even as a person who hates Nokia I have to admit that.

Yea same **** 4-me  and  qr scanning is a basic funktion ...😠
  • how are you trying to scan QR codes. I cant find any reason for this to not work. the camera is more than capable of scanning a qr code.
Most apps do work properly now and the bugs are gone after the 9.0 rev2 update. Have you installed it?

I have this issue on the Nokia 3.4. Some stores have a QR code to scan to pay & this phone does not seem to detect it. I've used another Branded phone side by side & it scanned the QR code on the 1st try.

I'm using a Nokia 2.3 and was struggling to get my phone to scan QR code without installing any additional apps. Then I found out that Android 9 and Android 10 have an in-built QR code scanner courtesy of Google Lens (https://blog.beaconstac.com/2019/03/how-to-scan-qr-codes-with-android-phones/). All you have to do is to open your camera app and on the screen, you will find an option for google lens. Click that option, point your camera at the QR code, and tap the shutter button to search. The app will now show you the URL corresponding to the QR code.
