No official comments on Nokia 3 Android 9 update disaster?

It is now about two months since the official announcement of Android 9 for the Nokia 3. Sice then there is silence... about problems after the update and about no update e.g. in Germany and of course other countries. SO WHAT'S UP, MR. NOKIA? TELL US THE TRUTH!

You have to reset your device after updated to pie.I did it today and every application downloaded from play store.
i.e.Ringtone None,Play Store Error,Google BackUp,Setting Crash etc is working now.

In germany for Nokia 3 there is no update to Android 9... Till now
