Ringtone volume reduces automatically

Ringtone set for incoming call reduces automatically and goes to such level ,that it's hardly audible. Happens wen a new ringtone is set up ...any solution ??

Try to factory reset your phone. I know many people are getting this error. Update your phone with the latest security patch. Fading ringtone happened automatically on Nokia 3 but it was fixed after I updated my phone.

Hi have reset constantly, phone is set to maximum ringtone but I can see it go down on incoming calls.

Do not disturb is off, volume at maximum. No effect. I dearly love my phone but it is no good if I don't know when someone is calling me unless it is in my hand or in front of me!!!
