Hi @eray özdemir another graeat choice of apparatus!

Generally though, I'm finding that the 9PV is creating the most "wow" shots in this competition, I feel I can tell it's a photo with a 9PV before I actually read the name of the phone that took it, it's a very recognisable style.

Hi everyone,

There are some great photos here, and some which are nearly great but some simple mistakes have been made:

1. Get the focus right

2. Get the horizon level! Except if you're going wonky on purpose you can use the grid function to help you (I use this because I often shoot wonky if I'm not careful)

3. Put it in the right category - I've seen several which are urban but labelled nature, portraits but labelled nature, etc. this is obviously my personal opinion but it's really disappointing to see a nice photo in the wrong category.

A bit more advanced, but will really help you get great shots:

4. Use the rule of thirds, golden ratio or golden spiral - the grid function in the Nokia Camera app provides the rule of thirds, and other apps can do the other types of overlay

5. Don't be afraid to crop - if you take a nice photo but the proportions aren't right then don't be afraid to crop it before entering. Photo editors often have the rule of thirds, golden ratio and spiral overlays in the crop function so you can also use this to help getting a nice composition.

Now I've written this I realise there's no excuse for me making the same mistakes! I'll go through my albums and try and find some nice shots to share, but I won't be winning any prizes, I'll be entering for the fun!
