    Somehow not yet. Assuming the community team is based in UK, it is still a bit early. Hopefully they will have the announcement pushed in a couple of hours.

    The community team is based in Finland and the UK, mainly, but of course there are community managers in other countries too.
    I am really looking forward to this! I will participate, but just for fun because I have no expectation of winning; I am mainly looking forwards to all the amazing creations that we will see.
    I am interested to know what the rules are. I presume that post-processing will be allowed, as I think it will be difficult to tell if people use it or not. Which camera software? Well, I hope that people don't use the unofficial GCam ports but I suppose there's probably no way to stop them... is there? I know there are ways to see if a JPEG has been tampered with but surely people can still cheat their way around any rules on this, if they want to (I hope they don't, but I know what humankind is like...).

    @madbilly Plus, they will most likely require uploading the images here on the community and the software already does EXIF removal, lossless compression (I believe at least for WEBP, or even lossy maybe?) and then some images are converted to webp (-_-). So, to me, it will even be hard to figure out if the image comes from a Nokia or a DSLR 😅

    @HMD_Laura, Its really good initiative by Nokia. Unable to find rule book to participate in this competition. Can we submit edited images or just as processed by Nokia cam?

    Quick question. Your post above says that the competition runs up to and including September 1st, winners will be announced on the 2nd. The rules DOC says that winners will be contacted on the 1st and have 48 hours to reply. Should winners be contacted on the 2nd and announced on the 4th? It probably doesn't matter, but this competition is a big deal and we don't want anyone to complain at the time of announcement for any reason...

    I guess it should be allowed. You can post your best shots I guess. The only condition is the images you post should be shot on a Nokia smartphone :)
