For God' sake, dont upgrade it. On android10 the monthly updates randomly crash the system, with forced hard reset. :( plus the ported google camera apps don't work correctly, the capture and save functions are sometimes unsuccessfull.

The Google. Camera App was never designed for Nokia phones. What do you mean security updates cause hard reset?

Have they cancelled the release of Android 10 for the 7.2? I understand that there have been problems for users that have already received it... 5 days after release, I still don't have the update.

The update had been out for months please contact support if you have not received it.

It can take several weeks to roll out to all countries,and some delay it even longer based on approvals

I mean the update is just so awful, maybe they have cancelled it. Enjoy your phone on Android 9 for now. At least it works!

Any suggestions on the lag issue on Nokia 7.2 .
I really do not feel the worth of this..this issue is been reported by many from long time and after the update still we do have the same issue..

I suggest you call it a day with Nokia. Find a nice new mid-range option elsewhere.
Then flog this hunk of metal on eBay.

Yes i have updated to android 10.
Earlier before the update I have done the factory reset as well..I am really need of a solution to this.
Whenever I unlock the mobile it lags..The notification scroll also does lag.

So you factory reset before the update to 10? Try a different launcher. Have you contacted support?

I don't think it's a launcher issue. I believe a large part of the problem is hardware that has not been made to the correct standards, the Bluetooth being the main item of contention...

what does bluetooth have to do with lag when scrolling notifications? I have not seen any BT issues on any of the devices I connect to.

I contacted earlier once and they suggested factory reset.
Let me know any launcher or sny other suggestions.
I am badly worried about phones behaviour.

If you updated to 10 and not done a factory reset then do it but do not restore apps from Google account reinstall each app.
Try lawnchair launcher as it work very well.

Can someone tell me when Nokia 2.3 will receive android 10 update. My phone is seriously laying in operation. Now they have turned out update for Nokia 3.2. Please remember Nokia 2.3 users

Well @Adebayo Arasi, if you look at the first post in this thread you will see that it is due soon.
If your phone is too slow for you on Android 9 the upgrade to 10 will not help you, you need to investigate what is causing your slow down problems before the upgrade.

I don't understand why Sirocco isn't being updated the first, despite being the flagship from 2018. But low range phones are being updated before it 🤷🏻♂️
