Charging Port design flaw

It seems like 2018/2019 Nokia phones have a charging port design flaw where the charging port becomes too loose to hold the charging cables plug/head in the phone/device having the owner to struggle with the angle of the plug to keep the phone/device charging correctly or as intended.

This is the USB-C port.

I didn't get the post. Yes, that issue does exist, but is the Nokia 3.1 Plus also affected?

I don't think Nokia 3.1 plus even has a USB Type C port.
    EDIT: It has MicroUSB
