Android "go" version denies official installation (i. e. directly from play store) of such apps as they consume too much background memory and battery. You can download the apks of such apps from apkmirror website and then try to install them.
As confirmed from Truecaller Support desk, they telling thet Nokia Authority only cancelled the contract of Truecaller for their Nokia 1 i.e. Android Go Edition platform....
Nokia Authority kindly look into this matter
