The YouTube navigation has lag, is very slow. Is there a solution?
You'll have to sideload this app. It's an excellent app for not only viewing YouTube videos but also for Downloading them.
Better to use YouTube Go.
YouTube Go and official YouTube app spams our phones with Ads. NewPipe gives totally ad free experience.
But these types of app is not safe.
And also Google can block your account according to new YouTube policy.
If you don't care about security..
I get it.
Many apps in the Google Play Store are not safe. What about them?
Nobody is forcing you to download and sideload apps. It's at the users discretion.
It seems you are not understanding what I wrote.
NewPipe is just for viewing videos and Downloading them. You can't login to your Google account from that app. Hope this clears your doubts and misconceptions.
Yes, I agree with you but if you slide load the app then Google know you slide loaded this app... And also you can lose your device certificate .. you can check in your play store setting.
My device certificate is intact. Kindly stop fear mongering.
My device shows you device is not certified... After installing YouTube vanced.
Did you login with your Google account?
Because, I didn't do so.
Read Star mark point....
Possible reasons for the error that you faced with respect to Play Store Certification could be Unlocked Bootloader, Rooting your device, flashing custom ROMS, flashing custom packages such as Magisk, Xposed, and installing Google apps on uncertified devices.
I, myself don't use YouTube Vanced nor did I install NewPipe app through FDroid app. I directly downloaded and installed the NewPipe app apk through Git Hub.
I sincerely hope that your issue gets resolved soon and there are some other threads on this topic in the forum which enlists various possible solutions.
Regarding the point that you highlighted, I am very well aware of that point and that's precisely the reason why I don't use YouTube Vanced nor did I recommend it to anyone.
please do not try to root nokia devices because you have no option to relock the bootloader and return to stock rom. you have to be with unrooted stock rom which installed in your phone while purchasing. at least its an ideal state of a phone in present time according to brands who tell everyone to not use rooted phones.
use only genuine apps or from genuine app stores because other developers may insert malicious code into the app and its too dangerous
