Nokia 3.2 TA-1164 never received any update and it is stuck with build 00EEA_1_03D. Why?

Hi everyone!

I checked again and now some updates were available and I installed them.

I first started with the July version, then August and then September.

It seems that there is not October patch yet though.

Anyway, now my TA-1164 has the build 00EEA_1_39D_SP02.

I wonder what was keeping all the updates from installing on our phones... I hope that it was only a glitch and now it will not happen anymore in the future.
