Whatsapp & Instagram video calling issue after Android 10 update

Since the day I updated my 8.1 with android 10, I am facing this issue and its a blunder to me as I use video calling so much.

The issue goes like this:

When u are on video call either on whatsapp or instagram, you are unable to open whatsapp or instagram respectively.
So in simple lines it means u can do anything on whatsapp when you are on video call. Whatsapp don't even open, gets hanged.
Same happens with instagram.
This bug making me mad as my most of the work don't get done.
I want it to be fixes asap!
