System update issue on Nokia 6.1 Plus

From all the comments and discussion I understand that everybody who gave their device to service centre for repair or other issue are facing the same problem which I'm facing till now.

After getting my device from the centre I haven't received any system update ever. So what is the solution of the issue and why all of them are facing this particular issue?

could be. There is nothing which we're not facing. Maybe in a few days we will suffer the same problem.
