Ant+ not working after android update

Hi, I bought a Nokia 6 specifically because it had Ant+ support. Everything worked OK on Android 8.0 but after upgrade to 8.1 Ant+ stopped working. I have Ant+ Radio Service installed and have tested with Ant Tester, which states everything is OK except it says Built In Firmware has no service. 

I did contact Nokia support but they were no help.

I had a similar problem, and was in the process of returning the phone when I started playing with the ANT Radio service settings.
