Notification sound not working properly.

in Nokia 7.2

i purchased Nokia 7.2 a month back. Notification sound function is not working properly. Tend to get off automatically. Turned on when phone gets restarted. I have visited Nokia Service center 2 times but they are unable to resolve the problem.

What should i do. I am getting fed up with this phone..

    Is the problem is specifically happening with specific apps or you can't hear any notification at all? Kindly elucidate your issue further.

    I can't here any notification sound including messaging.

    I have noticed that notification sound got mute automatically on Friday after 8 pm. After restart it work properly.

    I have a new Nokia 4.2 which is only a month old., and after the last update, notification sounds have dissappeared on all apps. All the TABS are ticked for sound, but nothing works. I tried eveything. I am mssing important notifications from my friends and family.

    I am now fed up with this phone.

    i contacted Nokia with the same fault and heres what they gave me that cured the faul. settings+apps&notifications+see all+3 dot on top right hand side+show system+carrier service+storage+clear chache. OR settings+app&notifications+see all+3 dots on top right hand side+reset apps preference. OR settings+apps&notifications+see all apps+3 dots on top right hand side+show system+messages+3 dots right on hand side+ninstall updates. Finally perform a soft reset by holding the power button and the volume up button for 10-15 seconds until you feel a vibration. this will restart your phone. you will not lose any data. Make sure your phone is not plugged in to the charger. It worked for me, hope that helps you bud.

    Click on settings, click on storage then click on storage bar, it will open a menu, click on clean up, then click on SD card bar and click clean up, if you loose notifications reset in the Quick time app, you sounds should be working again
