1. Tabs is mostly a dying business with phones becoming bigger and bigger. I don't think it is meaningful to enter into the tabs business until the situation becomes clearer. Just my opinion.
2. ABSOLUTELY! They need to add additions to their software to make it more meaningful. It's currently far too lagging when we compare to the competition.
