Not a bug dude just stop using the phone while charging and you will see the time goes to 1 hour 30 and you will also see text saying Rapidly Charging.

I am using nokia 8.1. After Android 10 updated, mobile taking to full charge more than 3hrs(in Sleep. Mode taking more than 2hrs and mobile heating). And drain quickly.. this is happen after finishing Android 10 updated..
