@Aliens Orbo i also got the same reply form your customer care executive in the chat as Mr. @pan9044 got . there are not aware of this new.
Hopefully response of being a Nokia users
Well, my 7.1 had usb issue and they confirmed it. When I sent the phone to repair. They refused to fix it because screen had a scratch. They asked me to pay 189€ for new screen. I refused and got the phone back.
Little crazy situation...
How we can confirm the news is true or not?
Wow. they didn't even pay to fix this when my phone WAS under warranty. broke after 3 months. Had it repaired elsewhere and it broke again after 3 months. I threw the piece of trash away and will never buy another nokia product again ever. It should not have taken them 2 years to figure out if they sell trash phones for 300+ dollars and then **** their customers around that their brand will be viewed as absolute garbage for the rest of its existence.
Sir already my Nokia 5.1 plus mobile face this issue but your authorised service centre not solve my problem in Tirunelveli. First give spare parts to your authorised service centre please.
Hi, I am from Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Seems offer is there.. attached screenshot of chat. I will update here once I speak to customer care executive.
How can I benefit from this? My Nokia 7.1 has this charging issue and I bought it less than 6 months or so. I bought it in Ajah, Lagos.
Finally. Really great news.
Hi Nokia Team , I am a German customer and i bought on Nov 4, 2018, my Nokia 6.1 Plus (TA-1103) from the dealer via eBay.
Unfortunately, the smartphone neither loads with the Original power supply. I also try it with other compatible power supplies. here is a video that showst the issue:
Other customers also reported the problem with the USB port.
After i contact Nokia Germany and tell them my problem, I get the feedback from Nokia Support that the device was produced for Taiwan and therefore the cell phone cannot be sent to an official workshop. Unfortunately, the dealer is not listed on eBay either.
I look forward to hearing from you
Is there any update regarding this???
Have Nokia support has called you back as they said so while text conversation or any one visited care centres on this issue... Pls comment over here...
