Although most of the OSes used at any point on Nokia's Smartphones are well-documented, information about their feature phone OS is few and far between.

I created this thread to try and gather what I know, feel free to add any info.

Series 20:

First used on 2110 or 3110 I think, Last used on 5210.

2-softkey, or single softkey (the Navi-Key) on lower-end 3XXX and 5XXX phones. Black and white.

Used on most Nokias up to 2001. Some supported WAP (7110)

Series 30:

First used on the 6310, last used on the 107.

2-softkey, or one on the nokia 1100. Black and white or colour.

Mostly used on the lowest-end Nokias, all of which were high sellers. Some early phones had wap and java games (ex. 3510).

Series 40:

First used on 7210, last on the 515.

3 softkeys, 2 softkeys on early phones, touch-and-type, or full-touch. Full colour.

Used on the bulk of 2002-2013 Nokia phones, culminating at nearly smartphone-worthy levels with the Asha range. Had a wap or real-web browser (Nokia Xpress, and/then Opera), and an app store since 2009 for java apps.

Still the #1 operating system in parts of africa.

Asha SP:

Based on Smarterphone (purchased in 2012 by Nokia), as well as S40's kernel and Meego's UI.

Thus had a swipe-based UI, featuring the "Fastlane" screen.

Used on the (full-touch) asha 501, 500, 502, 503, 230.

Series 30+:

Used since the 108, still in use.

An S40 fork, requiring less maintenance, initially privileged by Microsoft for this Reason perhaps. Partly developed by Mediatek I Believe.

3 softkey UI. limited to 2G networks.

Some of the higher-end phones have an Opera browser and a java app store.

Feature OS:

used on the 3310 3G and the 220

a modified S30+ to support 3G and 4G

KaiOS:

Used on the 8810, 2720, and 800 Tough.

A Firefox OS fork, set to become the 3rd biggest platform.

Requires higher specs than OSes cited above. Runs PWAs.

Lots of softkeys (5 I Believe)

Yun OS/Alios:

Used on the 3310 4G in China.

Based on Android (AOSP).
