Oh boy, some nice videos here completely ruined by using Instagram to host them! 🤬 Please please please use a dedicated video sharing site like Youtube, Vimeo or DailyMotion etc so we can see your video in high-res with good quality sound. Instagram completely ruins your videos, please stop using it.

@singhnsk, nice video, but which phone was that? Why didn't OZO Audio cancel the wind noise?

@madbilly Was from the Nokia 7 too. Now, I dunno what OZO did and what it didn't 😅
Wasn't it actually supposed to give a more surround effect rather than muting the wind noises? I'm not very sure of what I'm supposed to expect out in the final result.

Did the Nokia 7 have OZO Audio? Nevertheless, with 2 mics it should be able to do some noise cancellation, which should include wind noise. OZO Audio includes OZO Windscreen which a certain forum regular wrote about 😉 https://www.lovenokia.net/2019/01/nokia-ozo-audio-revamps-audio-recording-experience-on-smartphones.html

But our HMD Global never cared to bring these newly introduced features to our smartphones. They failed to make Nokia smartphones better over time.
Coming to OZO Audio that's on our Nokia smartphones, it wasn't designed to cancel the wind noise if i recall correctly. I had read somewhere about issues while recording in windy conditions.
