Please add formatting to text links to make them identifiable

On the forum, text links are very hard to identify as there's no formatting applied to them. They look like the general body text.

On the forum, text links are very hard to identify as there's no formatting applied to them. They look like the general body text. You do not know that it is a link until you hover the mouse on that particular link or you tap on it (on a mobile).

Links should be a little identifiable. I end up needing to paste the full naked link instead of hiding it behind an anchor text.

Example:

This is a link. Did anybody notice?

Also, all external links should open in a new tab instead of taking the user out of the community.

    A few suggestions to make them appear better.

    Option 1: Add background similar to the overall theme of the website


    Option 2: Add underlining for some differentiation

    Option 3: At least add underlining to the links on hover.
