Black screen display problems

When the screen is in black colour ,I can see print of the older application i used in green colour .

I registered complaint against this issue and still didnt get any response from nokia . 😅😅😅😅

Why no one reply for this issue . Is it jut me who is facing this problem ... When ever i turn on battery saver the screen is black in menu and all ... And i can see shadows of the app which i opened right bfore that in greenish colour in the background and its really irritating .. can someone help me if there is any troubleshootimg for this

My pocket mode will not turn off. I even rebooted my phone and the issue still continue and using my headphones. I have to use to make and receive phone calls. What can I do? I have not had this phone for six months.

Make sure the buttons on your device are not jammed. First, inspect the buttons to be sure they're not caked with dirt, lotion, lint, or other debris. Then try freeing the buttons by pressing the button several times in quick successions. The button should free depress and release with each press.
