I am using this one. This apps is great. It has many features like speed test, network monitoring and it's ad free.

I also have both of these issues on Android 9. It is so annoying.... So you are telling that are not resolved after update to Android 10? this is bad development....have you tried phone hard reset after the update?
No i didnt hard reset my phone. But i would say overall its a stable update. Hopefully they will fix this annoying issue too. The notification bar lag issue is less than pie. But still its there
There is an application called Device Personalization Services. Can anyone give any clarity on that. It is showing on my app drawer list. If i try to open it doesn't do anything. Can someone tell me how to hide it from drawer without using any 3rd party launcher or disabling it?
The notification toggle lag is still there, though less frequent but still present. It's like the frequency increases with the passing days. This happened when I had bought the phone. It was all good for the first few days and then slowly the lag creeps in.
This observation may be wrong and the reason behind the frequency of lag may be due to some random reasons. But if anybody else have noticed it then please put forward.
Oh yes this app is really good. Found it through a suggestion on XDA developers.

The phone is heating while charging and hence it is charging slowly 😟. I am a bit disappointed now. Hope they fix this issue soon.

I am also facing tha same issue
After and before the android 10 update in Nokia 7.2 the led notification light in the power button is not working for 3rd party apps like ways app ,face book Instagram etc.... The notification led is only working for inbuilt sms app and phone app kindly fix this issure faster. And 2nd. The phone has still lagging issues some time camera stopp working. Some times the photos click by camera can't be opened. Ithink the prosesso is not capable of 48 mb sensoring it's too laghu phone. Is get a bad response frome this phone is 7.2 realy a Hmd. Global marketed phone. Build quality good but the performance too bad ugly perfomence. It's android one it's tru and then the perfomence is too bad. I ant even manage a day with this phone. Toooo bad response. I think Hmd global is not bothered about the issues in 7.2 phone. Pls pls pls pls Check allll the problems and fix it faster it's a kindly request frome me pls help by fixing alll the issue pls ..... 🙏
Thanks for your feedback. So haven't been totally resolved. What about lags in other circumstances? Like lock screen (where UI becomes very laggy when I try to dismiss a notification etc), launching some apps etc? Is there some improvement? I had Xiaomi Mi A3 and I jumped to 7.2 cause I got bored to wait for Xiaomi releasing Android 10. But I never had such UI lag issues. Never.
@HMD Global Please make sure you fix these issues otherwise your sales we will go really down......
After the update it's heavly heating I can't even put it in my pocket VERY BAAD PHONE POOR PERFOMANCE HMD ID LS PROVING THAT THEY ARE THE BAD HOW CAN HMD LIKE COMPANY MAKE TJIS KIND OF BAD PHONES. Update the app in play store. It willbe removed from app drawer. If not, restart after update
Can anyone confirm, if contacts search function in "phone" and "messages" apps is still working properly?

I have a internet issue with new update 7.2 with Android 10, internet jammed after 2 -5 min i have to turn off data an turn on data again and again every time to get the internet connectivity, it's worst update ever , how can i rollback android 9 again. internet connectivity

you can't rollback to android 9.
I did a reset too and I have Calculator, Play Games etc :D
Maybe try a reset again and during the setup, make sure your pre-install app list displays those apps.
Just make sure that calculator is a system app..try to uninstall it
