No actually. Nokia 2.2 have a mediatek Helio A22. It has 64bit architecture but I don't know why Nokia installed a 32bit OS on it. Redmi 6A have same Helio A22.
As far as GCam goes, there's one Google camera version available but it's very old. You only get Lens Blur, Normal Camera mode, and Video mode.
