The number you are complaining about is the Android 10 build and it shows up there once your developer option is on.

No such exact dates are announced but Once the second wave countries get approvals then you can expect after April 12,2020 in this thread

Hi @Matebane,

The rate of what? HMDLaura explained in the first post how it will work for wave 1 and we've not reach the end of the wave 1 period yet. Whether or not you get the update depends on approvals by your network operator, so if you want to whinge to someone whinge to your network provider and ask them to hurry up with the approval.

Ofc it will be released in waves.. Any phone update will rollout in waves as it explains it's too make sure it's not buggy so that not everyone will be effected if it is buggy.. Every OEM does OTA with waves

I own a Nokia 3.2 DS 16 bought in Germany last autumn and still have problems getting updates . Neither got the March 2020 update nor got the promised Android 10 upgrade offered!

In Autumn I also had problems to get updates for September 2019 and my level was July 2019!

There is something I repeatedly find in Nokias update policies , the anounced dates are most fake news (like Trump and Johnson does) and the released updates will not correctly drawn by the devices in a normal time frame.

I my self work in the IT-business for decades and we have here as company mobile devices the competitor Samsung, which are getting Android 10 upgrades for their product A40 and A50 without any problems or long discussions.

For a european company this is really a shame!

Hope you change your release and update policies asap!

What makes the sense when Nokia first starts the wave one for such tiny countries like Aserbeidjan or Kirgisistan?

I think western european countries have times more money to spent for Nokia products then those mini states.

@hmd whoever it may concern, yesterday evening I change my sim card in my Nokia 3.2 phone from provider Vodafone to blau.de, then tried to get the Android 10 update again, but the result is always the same=nothing happens!

So where is the problem that it does not start?

Nokia always blames the operators (providers) for releasing the A10 upd, but this is a contrary experience!

I see this is always a ping pong table desk game between manufacturer and providers they always blame each other and the end user and customer is the idiot which sits around and is waiting for Godot to come!
