There are new changes in pending markets. Please have a look below

Wave 2 rollout for Nokia 2.3 Android 10 update has started! All Markets that have approved the Android 10 release that weren’t in Wave 1 will now start to receive the update - 10% by today, 50% by May 8th and 100% by May 10th.
Please note that we can only release the update to markets that have approved the build.
Wave 2 markets pending approvals:
- Australia - Telestra
- Austria - T-Mobile
- Chile
- Colombia - Movistar
- Costa Rica - Claro
- Croatia - T-Mobile
- Czech Republic - T-Mobile, O2 CZ
- Ecuador - Movistar
- El Salvador - Claro
- Guatemala - Claro
- Honduras - Claro, Tigo
- Mexico - AT&T, Movistar
- Paraguay
- Peru
- Poland - T-Mobile
- Portugal
- Slovakia - Slovak Telekom
- Spain
- UK - EE
- Uruguay
As soon as approvals are received, we’ll release to you and update the above pending approvals list.

we have started to roll out Android 10 for Nokia 2.3 users.
To ensure a smooth roll out the update is dispatched in Waves.
The first wave includes:
- Armenia
- Azerbaijan
- Bahrain
- Bangladesh
- Belarus
- Denmark
- Egypt
- Estonia
- Finland
- France
- Georgia
- Hong Kong
- Iceland
- India
- Iran
- Iraq
- Jordan
- Kazakhstan
- Kuwait
- Latvia
- Lebanon
- Libya
- Lithuania
- Macau
- Malaysia
- Mongolia
- Morocco
- Nepal
- Norway
- Oman
- Pakistan
- Philippines
- Qatar
- Russia
- Saudi Arabia
- Sri Lanka
- Sweden
- Tunisia
- UAE
- Ukraine
- Yemen
10% of all these approved markets will receive the Update today. 50% by April 24th and on the April 26th 100% of these approved markets will have received Android 10.
We will update this post when Wave 2 is on roll out.

Nope. Nokia 3.1 Plus and Nokia 6.2 will get it first as the updates for them are pending. These two devices were to get the update in Q1 and Nokia 5.1 Plus was to get it in Q2. So, I guess Nokia 5.1 Plus will get the update sometime in May.

Italy should get the update in Wave 2. The update rollout will begin once the update gets required approvals in the country. This should take a few days. 😊
