WebM Video Playback cause the phone to freeze on Android 10

WebM playback was fine on Android 9.

Any App that supports WebM Playback (Google Photos, Dropbox, etc) causes the phone to freeze for 5-10 seconds when closing the WebM Video or skipping ahead in the video.

This seems to be an issue with the exoplayer library. It only happens on WebM videos and especially often with Nokia devices. Apparently the garbage collection/releasing of memory when handling WebM decoding has issues.

I've contacted Nokia support regarding this issue already, but I only got a "did you try restarting the phone? Try a factory reset. Nokia is not part of the patent pool (?). We only Support h264, h265 not WebM". It's obvious that the Support has no Idea what's going on, and they're unwilling to file an official bug report.

In the issues I will post below everything is mentioned in more detail and that a factory reset would do nothing. Please report this as a Bug and stop ignoring customer feedback.
