Wave 2 rollout for Nokia 6.2 Android 10 update has started! All Markets that have approved the Android 10 release that weren’t in Wave 1 will now start to receive the update - 10% by today, 50% by May 17th and 100% by May 19th.

Please note that we can only release the update to markets that have approved the build.

• Czech Republic - T-Mobile, O2
• Ecuador - Movistar
• El Salvador - Claro
• Germany
• Greece - Cosmote

• Poland - T-Mobile
• Romania - Telekom Romania, Digi RO
• T-Mobile

As soon as approvals are received, we’ll release to you and update the above pending approvals list.

Interesting.. It seems we have way more Nokia 7.2 users as compared to Nokia 6.2 users. Maybe that tells us why some phones get updates faster than others? Priority where users are?!

Thanks for the update. So, over 13/20 devices now. We are beating Samsung by a good margin!

It may take 5 days for the update to reach every consumer once the rollout has started. So it may hit your 6.2 anytime soon! 😁

@singhnsk I think the order of updates is more to do with their agreements with subcontractors than anything else.

Mobile data packages are at good discounts here in Pakistan because of Covid-19 (to work from home) and secondly because of Ramadan. So just enjoying it. 😉

Well, Mobile Data is also quite cheap here. I get 2GB per day too!

I would say that the number of active device users has to play a role too somehow. Or do you want to say that there's no advance planning? I do not see any other metrics of planning which devices to update first other than a combination of total sales, active users, availability of required vendor sources etc.

Network operators are not a hindrance to user updates, all of which are empty words from Nokia. In the next period I will return with clarifications and arguments. I was infuriated by Nokia's attitude and childish explanations.
