Nokia 8.3 is yet to release to the market so no video regarding the device on you tube. One more person you missed, Nokia should send one device for JerryRig also☺️

Everyone's right, the phone doesn't exist. It hasn't even been certified by the various radio communication authorities so even the internals can't be said to be finalised. The only thing we can really say is that the top level specs are probably correct and the design probably won't change. Everything else remains to be seen.
This isn't new though, back in 2017 the original range of Nokia 3, 5 and 6 couldn't be bought until mid-2017 even though they were announced in February 2017 at MWC.
