После обновления на 10 андроид телефон умер.

Сообщение не приходит, экран как то дёргаеться и открывает сам другие страницы.

Версия выпущена, чтобы убить телефон.

На 9 не было проблем и нареканий.

Не куплю больше нокиа!!!

Para los que aún no lo instalan les advierto hay 2 grandes bugs.

1) la batería carga ultra lento

2) no llegan las notificaciones ni de WhatsApp ni Facebook ni telegram.

Hi Tu Phan,

The market is a combination of the network your SIM is for, the network your phone is connected to and the country you are in. If you're using a Vietnamese SIM on an Ozzy network then it might be tricky to get the update, but it should come.

May SP cannot be installed, and June update still shown up? Maybe merged with July SP?

Hopes much faster for bug fixing in Android 10 and more optimization.

It's been a while since I last posted but 2 weeks ago I messaged Nokia customer support and they said it would be out within 3 weeks we are now 2 weeks in to the 3 weeks and still no update hopefully we will get it within the next week

I have 170euros stalled on a drawer because apps notification don't work....its a useless phone.

Apparently Nokia 2.3 is already receiving the correction patch

Fingers crossed it doesn't take too long to get to our 3.1's

Hey guys at HMD

We are still waiting for that 3.1 Plus updates that will (hopefully) make our phones usable again.

Should I wait?

Or should I:

1. throw it in the garbage as a useless piece of plastic/metal that it is now and just buy a Xiaomi

2. file a complaint at HMD/Nokia/Google/Consumer Protection in the European Commission and just buy a Xiaomi

3. get my **** to a Xiaomi store and buy a Redmi Note 9S for a bit more than the 3.1 plus cost me (would spend more money....but I would have a lot more phone in my hands...)

4.Return the phone to Amazon and file complaint against Nokia via Amazon (I am sure they would take it back and refund me....as they are a REAL consumer oriented company) and order a Xiaomi from Amazon

5.All of the above and buy a Xiaomi

Yes, please exercise your consumer rights and tell us the outcome. I hope you are successful because a software update which stops key aspects of a product from working should be outlawed.

@HMDLaura our phones are not secure anymore it has been 3 months 22 days since the last successful security patch for the Nokia 3.1 plus if you don't get this update rolling out you are go be losing millions of customers and them Nokia will go bankrupt again and im sure Microsoft won't be buying the company to get it running again so would you rather have millions of happy customers or be bankrupt

Please respond to this as I am getting very annoyed because the update has not been released

But, Nokia 3.1 Plus still doesn't have MR Update.
