Black screen in call

When receiving a call the screen goes black, when the call ends it turns on again. Any solution or wait for the update to android 10.

I already solved it was the protective foil.

When receiving a call the screen goes black, when the call ends it turns on again. It just started happening.

There is no the protective foil to remove.

A combination of dirt and the cover has probaly closed the screen. 
It's part of the battery saving feature. This is a very sensible 
function.

As soon as I cleaned the area, the phone worked normally again.
